As Director of the Middle School and Head of Science for Ray (as then Principal of Lighthouse Christian College) for 3 years, I had the unique privilege of being very close to all the behind the scenes action. In that time I found him to be a leader of the highest calibre, a man of utmost integrity and willing to face any challenge. I have the greatest respect for him and without hesitation confirm that he was the best leader I have ever worked for.
