​It is with pleasure as a leader at Lighthouse Christian College that 1 write this reference forRay Tiller. I served under his leadership from February 2004 to July 2007, initially as the Bursar of the school and later as the Business Manager.

Ray came to the school at a time when it required effective and strong leadership as the school had been without a permanent Principal for eighteen months and was lacking in direction and stability.

He developed a leadership structure to meet the current and future needs of the school. Under his guidance all areas and functions of the school were reshaped and given future targets and achievements. All of these areas worked closely together as a team and united to achieve the same strategic goal.

 I was always confident that under Ray’s leadership, the school was being well managed and felt that his time and energy was always available to all of those in need. He is a leader who took great pleasure in seeing people grow and develop in their role atLighthouse Christian College and in their personal lives. I have greatly appreciated his personal support and assistance in helping me develop into the role of Business Manager and mature as a Christian leader and as a person.

 I have the highest respect for Ray and it would be an honor to be given the opportunity to serve under his leadership in the future.
