I thank God often that Ray Tiller was available at St Andrews Christian College’s hour of need.

Ray brings enormous experience to the table across all areas of school leadership.  His depth of insight and skill with root cause analysis is matched by capable planning, and by drive, strength and determination.  Ray executes his plans with tenacity and passion.  He gives of himself completely, because he gives in service to and for the glory of God.

St Andrews was beneficiary of Ray’s commitment to listen to God, and his commitment to the spiritual health of the College community.  Ray is passionate about ensuring that the Christian faith is not simply an addendum to our teaching, but that Christ is the cornerstone of all education, and that our faith is infused right throughout teachers’ thinking and students’ awareness.  He comes with experience and tools to lead a school on this journey.

 Above all this, Ray’s courage, tact and sensitivity equips him extremely well to deal with difficult and critical staff and community challenges.  He is unflappable, and quickly wins trust and respect even in an environment of change and confusion.
